By using ListingPortrait, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description
ListingPortrait provides AI-assisted property portrait design and print fulfilment services for UK estate agents.

2. Free Proofs
Free proofs are watermarked previews for approval purposes only. They may not be downloaded, reproduced, or used for any commercial purpose.

3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licences, consents and permissions to upload and use any images, logos, property details, and branding materials submitted to ListingPortrait.

4. AI Processing
ListingPortrait uses AI-assisted image editing. Results are artistic interpretations and are not architectural records or property condition reports.

5. Orders
Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. See our Refund & Custom Print Policy.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

ListingPortrait creates AI-assisted artistic property portraits from customer-uploaded listing images. Free proofs are watermarked and for preview only. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload and use all images, logos, property details, and branding materials. Custom printed orders are produced only after proof approval.
