Refund & Custom Print Policy
All ListingPortrait products are custom-printed items produced to your approved specification.
Before approval: No charge is made until you approve your proof.
After approval: Once you have approved a proof and production has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations except where required by law.
Faulty goods: If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence. We will arrange a reprint at no cost.
Errors in approved artwork: ListingPortrait is not liable for errors in text, image placement, QR codes, or design elements that were present in your approved proof.
